how long will it take to get my order?

as a new shop, our production time is about 10 business days. as we streamline our production and build up inventory, that will undoubtedly shorten. it is possible it won’t take 10 business days but if we have to tell you the production time changed, we prefer it to be pleasant news. once your order has been made we will notify you of its shipment and provide you the tracking number. standard shipping will usually be through usps. shipping times vary based on destination but a good rule of thumb is 3-5 days from the time we ship to the time you receive it.

can i get a kids design on an adult shirt and vice versa?

the short answer is maybe. we absolutely can accommodate putting a kids design on an adult shirt, just send an email to customer service with the design and the adult shirt size/color you want. as to adult designs on kids shirts, sorry, but the answer is no.

what is your refund and exchange policy?

if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason that you believe requires a refund or exchange, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. requests/issues made outside the three day window will not be honored. specific policies are detailed below.

our error - if we made an error in your order, please notify us via email within three days. we will definitely make it right, at no cost to you, whether that means sending you the corrected product or refunding your purchase. when emailing, please include photos of the incorrect items and the packing slip

damaged - if the item arrives damaged, please notify us via email within three days. please include photos of the damaged packaging AND product and we will ship a replacement item to you.

ordered wrong size/doesn’t fit - if you know you ordered the wrong size but your order has not yet shipped, please let us know right away and in most cases we can simply fix it on our end. it is possible it may delay shipping, but in general, these sorts of changes are fairly easy to remedy. if you received your order and it doesn’t fit, notify us within three days and we will work with you to process an exchange. This will involve sending you a shipping label to return the item. once the item has been received we can ship the new item.

if you are unhappy with your order for any other reason, please notify us within three days and we will do what we can to make it right.

can you add a specific shirt style or color?

if you don’t see a shirt style or color that you like, absolutely let us know. we want to know if what we are offering isn’t meeting our customers needs. we can’t promise your suggestion will be immediately added but we will respond to your request and let you know what we are planning.

do you ship overseas?

at this time, unfortunately no, but we do plan on adding this option. if you would like to be notified when we begin shipping outside the US, just send us an email or use the contact us page and we will notify you when we do.
